Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use the ELLECTRA smart-home application, website, controllers, Google Home integration, or Amazon Alexa integration.

Account responsibilities

Provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials, and promptly report unauthorized access. You are responsible for people you permit to use your account, phone, voice assistant, or installed controllers.

Safe use

Use ELLECTRA only with compatible, correctly installed equipment and within the electrical ratings supplied with the product. Installation involving mains electricity must be performed by a qualified professional. Do not use the service for medical, life-safety, emergency, or other systems where a delay or failure could cause serious harm.

Connectivity and availability

Remote commands depend on power, local Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, third-party voice services, and ELLECTRA infrastructure. Commands, status, notifications, and timers may be delayed or unavailable during outages or maintenance. Physical controls should remain available for essential operation.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to bypass security, access another customer’s products, disrupt the service, reverse engineer protected credentials, or use the service unlawfully.

Changes and termination

We may update features or these terms to improve safety, security, or operation. You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend access that threatens customers, devices, or infrastructure.
