This policy explains how ELLECTRA handles information when you use the ELLECTRA smart-home application, website, controllers, Google Home integration, or Amazon Alexa integration.
Information we collect
- Account information such as your name, email address, phone number, and authentication records.
- Smart-home information such as rooms, product identifiers, control names, device state, schedules, online status, and command history needed to operate your devices.
- Technical information such as app version, push notification token, security logs, IP address, and diagnostic events.
- OAuth tokens used to link ELLECTRA to Google Home or Amazon Alexa. Passwords and raw access tokens are not stored in readable form.
How we use information
We use this information to authenticate customers, activate products, operate requested controls and timers, synchronize device state, send service notifications, prevent abuse, maintain security, provide support, and improve reliability.
Sharing and service providers
We share only the data needed to provide requested features with infrastructure and delivery providers, including Amazon Web Services, Google, Amazon Alexa, and Expo notification services. We do not sell personal information or use smart-home activity for advertising.
Retention and deletion
We retain account and device data while your account is active and as needed for security, legal, and operational records. You may request access, correction, export, disconnection of a voice assistant, or deletion of your account and associated customer data by emailing ellectra2025@gmail.com.
Security
ELLECTRA uses encrypted network connections, access controls, hashed credentials and tokens, request limits, and isolated server services. No internet service can guarantee absolute security; contact us immediately if you believe your account or controller has been compromised.
Children
The service is intended for adults managing homes and workplaces and is not directed to children under 13.
